Each piece from Alter Ego 51/50 is made to order and hand-crafted to your ego — created with precision, purpose, and individuality. Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been placed.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or repair at our discretion.

Exchanges

If an exchange is approved, customers are responsible for all return and reshipment costs. Exchanges are only possible for damaged or incorrect items and must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Final Sale

All products are final sale. Refused or unclaimed packages are considered forfeited and are not eligible for credit, exchange, or refund.
