Shipping

All shipping rates are calculated based on total package weight and destination at checkout.

Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees once the shipment reaches its destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are outside of our control.

Order Processing

Each Alter Ego 51/50 piece is made to order and hand-crafted, so please allow 7–14 business days for processing and production before shipment.

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

• Domestic (U.S.) orders: Please allow 5–7 business days for delivery after shipment.
• International orders: Please allow 10–15 business days, depending on customs and local carrier delays.

Alter Ego 51/50 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once a tracking number has been issued.

Sales Tax

Orders shipped within the State of California are subject to California state sales tax, applied to both products and shipping costs.
