We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.

3. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices listed on our website are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted.

Payments are securely processed through Big Cartel’s authorized payment gateways. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

4. SHIPPING

Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. Shipping times may vary based on demand, production schedules, and carrier delays.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Alter Ego 51/50 is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses or carrier issues.

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final.

Each item is hand-crafted and made to order. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage.

If an exchange is approved, customers are responsible for all return and reshipment costs. Exchanges are available only for damaged or incorrect items.
